Grade A/A+:

Grade AB:
The phone has minimal use and is in great physical condition. The battery is 80% or over on iPhones. Can have some small fingernail scratches on the back, or around the edges of the screens, usually 3mm or less. Housing can have minimal wear. There might be very light, almost not noticeable burn-ins on Samsung devices

The phone has signs of use. The battery is 80% or over on iPhones. Usually, the screen is mostly free of scratches, but the housing will have noticeable wear. There can also be light burn-ins on Samsung devices
